The chip features excellent temperature stability, strong stress resistance, high sensitivity, and operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It is available in TO-92S through-hole packaging and SOT-23-3L surface-mount packaging, both compliant with RoHS environmental standards.
SL6204 is a low-power, high-sensitivity bipolar Hall switch chip designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small signal amplifier, chopper regulator, Schmitt trigger and CMOS output driver. The chip has good temperature stability, strong stress resistance, high sensitivity, etc. The operating voltage is 1.8V-5.5V. It provides TO-92S direct plug-in package and SOT23-3L package, and the package complies with RoHS environmental protection standards.

The chip has built-in temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit to ensure the stable operating point and switching frequency of the chip. When magnetic field B is applied, when |B|>|BOP|, the chip outputs a low level and maintains a low level. Until |B|>|BRP|, the chip outputs a high level. It can operate in the supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and adopts standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.

SL44E unipolar Hall effect switch, designed with bipolar semiconductor process, includes Hall voltage generator, voltage regulator that can operate at power supply voltage of 3.8 to 40V, temperature compensation circuit, small signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and open collector output. This sensor is designed for south pole response. When the magnetic flux density (B) is greater than the operating point Bop, the output is low level, and the output remains unchanged until the magnetic flux (B) is less than the release point Brp, the output is high level. SL44E provides a variety of packages, including TO92S, SOT23 -3L, and the packaging is RoHS compliant.
SL1613 is a low-power Hall switch sensor designed for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive systems. The chip can provide a variety of magnetic field thresholds, switching operating frequencies and packaging forms to adapt to various applications. When the applied S-pole magnetic induction intensity exceeds the operating point BOP, the chip outputs a low level and maintains a low level. Until the S-pole magnetic induction intensity is lower than the release point BRP, the chip outputs a high level. The chip has built-in temperature compensation circuits and clock logic circuits to ensure the chip's stable operating point and switching frequency. The chip can provide a single S-pole magnetic response with extremely low current consumption. SL1613 can operate in a supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and uses a standard SOT-23 package
