The SLESD12.0C adopts a compact DFN1006 package, designed specifically for consumer electronic devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs, and wearable devices. It can effectively resist electrostatic discharge and lightning interference, providing reliable protection for sensitive electronic links.

With innovative packaging and circuit design, this product achieves a breakthrough in protection performance and space adaptability. The DFN1006 package it uses has a size of only 1.00x0.60x0.37mm, and its extremely compact volume enables it to easily fit into scenarios where circuit board space is limited in consumer electronic devices, especially suitable for ultra-thin smartphones, small wearable devices and other products sensitive to size.

In terms of core protection performance, the diode performs excellently: it has passed the IEC 61000-4-2 standard test, with both electrostatic discharge (ESD) air discharge and contact discharge protection levels reaching ±30kV, far exceeding the industry's conventional level, and can effectively cope with electrostatic shocks in daily use; for lightning interference, it complies with the IEC 61000-4-5 standard, can withstand 8A lightning current under 8/20µs pulse waveform, with a peak pulse power of 150W, which can provide stable protection for devices in complex environments such as thunderstorms.

In addition, the SLESD12.0C has a number of key electrical characteristics: the reverse working voltage is 12V, which is suitable for low-voltage circuits commonly used in consumer electronics; the typical junction capacitance is only 8pF (maximum 8.5pF), and the extremely low capacitance characteristic can reduce the impact on high-speed signal transmission, ensuring the signal integrity of data links; under 8A peak pulse current (8/20µs), the maximum clamping voltage is 19.0V, which can quickly limit the overvoltage to a safe range; the maximum reverse leakage current is only 0.01µA, and its impact on the normal operation of the circuit is negligible.

In terms of environmental adaptability, the diode has an operating temperature range of -55℃ to 125℃ and a storage temperature range of -55℃ to 150℃, which can withstand extreme high and low temperature environments, meeting the usage needs of consumer electronics in different regions and scenarios. It is delivered in 7-inch tape and reel packaging, with 10,000 devices per reel, facilitating automated assembly in mass production.
