The SLPESDNC2FD5VB boasts a junction capacitance of just 15pF, significantly lower than traditional ESD devices. This reduces signal attenuation and phase distortion in high-speed data links, ensuring stable, high-frequency data transmission, especially in smartphone USB 3.2, Type-C, and 5G RF front-ends.

 

2. Optimized Electrical Performance

 

- Reverse Working Voltage (VRWM) 5V: Compatible with smartphone power supply standards.

- Minimum Breakdown Voltage (VBR min) 5.6V: Provides a reliable safety margin, quickly conducting during ESD events.

- Leakage Current (IR) 0.1µA: Negligible power consumption, extending battery life.

 

3. DFN1006 Package: Compact and Efficient

 

The SLPESDNC2FD5VB uses a DFN1006 no-lead package (1.0mm × 0.6mm), offering more than 60% size reduction compared to traditional packages. This design supports multi-channel protection in space-constrained areas like Type-C interfaces. Its side-soldering technology enhances production efficiency and ensures reliable assembly.
