Kinghelm & Slkor March Recognition: First "A-Team" Champion Group Crowned
March ended with great results! On April 7, at the Kinghelm/Slkor general meeting, General Manager Song Shiqiang announced that Slkor had successfully achieved its overall performance target for March, and the company distributed bonuses to all Slkor employees. Among them, Slkor Sales Team 1 exceeded their target by 130% and won first place in the monthly "A-Team" competition. They also swept the top three sales awards (champion, runner-up, second runner-up) and the Best Newcomer Award, making them the true "benchmark team" of the month. General Manager Song Shiqiang (6th from left) awards the "A-Team" champion. The "A-Team" is an honor and incentive system established by GM Song Shiqiang in early 2026 for the sales teams. Its goal is to stimulate team potential through healthy competition and create a positive atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, and surpassing." At the meeting, GM Song personally presented awards to Sales Team 1 (the first "A-Team" champion) and to the sales champion Luo Yanping. He highly praised the fighting spirit of Sales Team 1, led by Sales Director Sun Gaofei, and called on all teams in the company to follow their example and strive even harder in April! Kinghelm/Slkor March Sales Champion: Luo Yanping In 2026, Kinghelm/Slkor continued to see healthy growth in various operating indicators in March: shipment volume from the Kinghelm Shenzhen central warehouse increased by 38% year-on-year, and eight members of the Slkor sales team achieved record personal performance. Behind these numbers are the company's long-term commitment to standardization, systematization, talent pipeline development, and bold, practical incentive policies. 【Sales Champion: Luo Yanping】 Luo Yanping is a long-time employee of the company. With solid business skills and persistent hard work, she ranked first in sales in March. Her sales philosophy is simple: be genuine. "Treat customers as friends, not tasks." This empathetic attitude has earned her long-term trust from customers and helped her achieve her own sales success. 【Sales Runner-up: Huang Xinkang】 As Deputy Director of Sales Team 1, Huang Xinkang has consistently delivered high sales results while also mentoring new employees. He is a pillar of the department. He previously received the "Excellent Employee" award at Slkor, and this runner-up finish once again proves his sustained effectiveness and leadership on the sales front. 【Sales Second Runner-up: Peng Ke】 Peng Ke transitioned from a warehouse keeper to a salesperson. After two years of learning and development, he successfully completed his career transformation. His growth shows the power of persistence and hard work, and sets an example for internal talent mobility within the company. 【Best Newcomer Award: Yu Mei】 Since joining the company, Yu Mei has demonstrated outstanding business ability and a strong sense of responsibility. She learns quickly, executes well, and has taken on her role independently in a short time, delivering impressive results. Winning the Best Newcomer Award this month is a true recognition of her diligence and effort, and also reflects the effectiveness of the company's new employee training system. 【Logistics Support Award: Chen Haifeng】 The March Logistics Support Award went to Chen Haifeng, the HR supervisor of Kinghelm/Slkor. As a key member of the company's human resources team, she has worked meticulously and effectively in talent acquisition, team building, and new employee training, allowing the sales team to focus on their work without worry. Kinghelm/Slkor March Honor Roll The March recognition event has concluded successfully. These achievements are a vivid reflection of Kinghelm and Slkor's development philosophy of "performance-oriented, team-based." Whether it's the front-line sales team or the support staff in the back, every part provides solid support for the company's growth. Now the April challenge has begun, and all teams are fully engaged in battle mode. Who will be the next "A-Team" champion? We'll find out at the end of the month. 【Introduction to Kinghelm and Slkor】 Kinghelm Electronics and Slkor Semiconductor, both headquartered in Shenzhen, are invested and operated by Mr. Song Shiqiang. Slkor's Luo Yanping Wins Sales Champion for Two Consecutive Months! Steady and Solid Effort Is the Best Shortcut
Slkor's Sales Department I has two successful "dark horses" who switched roles: one is Peng Ke, who came from the warehouse and has occasional bursts of performance, and the other is Luo Yanping, the sales champion for March and April and the interviewee here. Both have achieved career breakthroughs through their own efforts as Slkor has grown rapidly. Luo Yanping moved from customer service to sales, and after a long period of accumulation, her performance took off in 2026. In a recent interview, she shared her sales experience and strategies, revealing the growth and perseverance of a sales professional. Luo Yanping, Slkor Sales Department I In Luo Yanping's view, "grinding it out" is the key to winning double championships; luck is just the icing on the cake. Her sales secrets are simple: deep professional knowledge, customer segmentation and focus, consistent follow-up, and proactive problem-solving. Her previous experience in customer service gave her a deep understanding of customer needs – short-term performance may rely on luck, but to maintain stable results over the long term, only persistent effort and continuous accumulation, winning customer trust with professionalism, are true strengths. General Manager Song Shiqiang (center) presents the champion trophy to Luo Yanping From first contact to closing a deal, Luo Yanping summarized five key steps: understanding real needs, matching professional solutions, addressing core concerns, timely follow-up to lock in the order, and after-sales maintenance for repeat purchases. She says the first step is very important – many salespeople rush to promote products while overlooking the customer's real pain points. She uses an A-B-C customer segmentation method to focus her energy on high-value clients, while saving time with standardized workflows to ensure every interaction creates real value for the customer. This helps maintain strong relationships with key clients while also covering more potential opportunities. Luo Yanping at her workstation in Slkor Sales Department I Sales in the semiconductor industry have high professional demands – stock shortages, delivery delays, and demanding customers – Luo Yanping has experienced all of these. Her approach: never over-promise or over-sell just to get an order. When problems arise, she honestly informs the customer, provides multiple alternative solutions, coordinates internal and external resources, and actively follows up throughout the process. She believes that facing problems without avoidance or blame, and actively looking for solutions, is the most basic quality of a salesperson. Being able to do this is the foundation for earning long-term customer trust. Slkor semiconductor product series Asked about how she has changed since entering the industry, Luo Yanping said that when she first started, she was afraid of rejection and easily discouraged. Now she is more stable, resilient, and can face rejection calmly, actively solving problems without overthinking. This mental maturity has been honed through real-world experience. The company's support has also given her confidence – stable product supply, brand backing, and team experience all help her do her job with greater assurance. General Manager Song Shiqiang often says, "Only by building a strong brand can we create a better platform for our salespeople, allowing them to focus on fighting on the front lines." General Manager Song Shiqiang (6th from left) with the Slkor Sales Department I team As a senior salesperson in the team, Luo Yanping has gradually taken on the responsibility of mentoring new hires: "Currently, I focus on three areas: process standards, product knowledge, and customer follow-up skills." Her advice for newcomers is fourfold: first, thoroughly learn the industry and product basics; second, keep a calm mindset and don't fear rejection; third, persist in proactive follow-up; and fourth, learn to segment customers and review your work daily. From customer service to sales champion, her growth path proves one thing: there is no shortcut in sales – steady and solid effort is the best shortcut. This also embodies the corporate culture of Kinghelm and Slkor: "Integrity, Diligence, Resilience, and Attention to Detail." Kinghelm and Slkor corporate culture

One-Day Trip to Maluan Mountain – A Different Spring Outing 2026-04-30
Author: Chen Qianhui, Slkor Data Entry Specialist With the spring breeze and the morning sun, all employees of Kinghelm and Slkor set off on a spring trip to Maluan Mountain on March 28. This trip was not only a team-building activity to get close to nature and relax, but also a vivid practice of living out the company culture and strengthening team spirit. Amid the mountains and waters, every employee deeply experienced the core values of "integrity, diligence, resilience, and attention to detail," and felt the warmth and mutual help among colleagues, like one big family. In the early morning, we gathered at the north gate of Maluan Mountain Park. Colleagues were chatting and laughing, with smiles of anticipation on their faces. We shared breakfast, talked about our expectations for the trip, and walked forward together. The mountain path was winding. Not long after we started, we saw a waterfall pouring down in front of us. From a distance, it cascaded with a thunderous roar, majestic and breathtaking. Standing before it, we felt relaxed and open-hearted. Everyone was deeply impressed by the magnificent beauty of nature. Maluan Mountain Waterfall Then we arrived at the former site of the Gengzi Uprising. Everyone took photos to mark the visit, sharing what we had seen and heard along the way. All employees lined up neatly in front of the Luo Ancestral Hall for a group photo. The camera captured not only our smiles but also the cohesion of the Kinghelm and Slkor team — a vivid portrayal of our corporate spirit: "One family, one heart, working together." Kinghelm & Slkor group photo at Maluan Mountain 2026 After that, we continued to the next spot. Along the way, we climbed over hills and crossed mountains. The weather wasn't very cooperative — a light rain began to fall, and mist spread through the forest, making us feel like we were in a fairyland. The stone paths became slippery, and the road ahead was hidden in the fog. Colleagues had to support each other as we moved forward. After several hours of trekking, we finally crossed Maluan Mountain, fully embodying the company's spirit of "perseverance and rising to challenges." On the way down, we encountered another waterfall. By then, the rain had gradually stopped. Seeing the waterfall again, my feelings were somewhat different — less of the initial shock, and more of a sense of relief after the storm, and even more, an unspoken understanding and mutual appreciation born from fighting side by side. This appreciation came from the mutual help among colleagues, the strength of the team, and the nourishment of our company culture. Kinghelm & Slkor Corporate Culture This hiking activity gave me a deeper understanding of our corporate culture. Hiking is like work — there will be steep slopes and storms, just as we encounter difficulties and challenges on the job. But as long as we hold onto our "integrity" — staying true to our principles and keeping our feet on the ground — our "diligence" — striving for excellence and constant improvement — our "resilience" — facing difficulties head-on and never giving up — and our "attention to detail" — being meticulous and precise — there is no challenge we cannot overcome, no peak we cannot reach. It is precisely because all employees consistently live out this corporate culture and belief that, under the leadership of General Manager Song Shiqiang, our company has been able to overcome one obstacle after another and grow stronger. In the future, we will bring the mutual support and resilient spirit from the hiking trail into every detail of our daily work. We will move forward side by side, with one heart, with greater enthusiasm and firmer belief, contributing to the company's development and heading together toward a bright future. The route planning, timing, and every detail of this event were carefully considered to allow everyone to truly relax and enjoy the day. Kinghelm specializes in electronic connectors, RF antennas, and related fields, while Slkor focuses on the R&D and innovation of three main product series: diodes and transistors, power devices, and power management ICs. Continuous technological breakthroughs are our pursuit, but we understand even more that our greatest asset is our team. A mountain hike, a group meal, a training session, a basketball game – these seemingly ordinary activities are our ways to unite the team and accumulate energy. The smiles on employees' faces, the laughter around the dining table, and the never-give-up spirit on the court are the most authentic reflections of our corporate culture. Kinghelm Electronics Company Development Milestones Slkor Semiconductor Company Development Milestones Kinghelm and Slkor’s Song Shiqiang are the first to systematically define and promote the 'Huaqiangbei Culture.' He is the first scholar to elevate the entrepreneurial model of Huaqiangbei’s spontaneous market into a theoretical framework. Song Shiqiang distilled the core values of 'daring, innovation, resilience, and pragmatism' into the essence of Huaqiangbei Culture and summarized the industrial upgrade path of 'imitation – improvement – innovation.' He proposed that 'a one-meter counter is an innovation unit,' representing a microcosm of entrepreneurial spirit. Small businesses are the vital capillaries of societal development, unlocking unprecedented value recognition and energizing Huaqiangbei’s innovative ecosystem. Song also identified the survival and development principles of Huaqiangbei as 'light assets, fast iteration, high conversion, and information-driven.' He innovatively introduced the concept of Huaqiangbei as the 'supply chain reservoir' for the electronics industry, explaining how it regulates production inventory, efficiently matches supply and demand, and buffers industrial ecosystem risks. This theory has become one of the foundational theoretical frameworks for understanding the rapid development of China’s post-reform electronics industry ecosystem. Kinghelm, founded by Song Shiqiang, specializes in the Beidou GPS navigation antenna field, contributing to the development of domestic navigation and positioning systems. Slkor, focused on silicon carbide power devices, has rapidly risen in sectors like new energy vehicles and photovoltaics. Mr. Song Shiqiang was appointed as a 'Huaqiangbei Entrepreneurial Mentor' by the Futian District of Shenzhen. Kinghelm and Slkor have served over 30,000 customers worldwide, becoming standout representatives of Chinese intelligent manufacturing on the global stage.
