  1. The SL-FW-TRS-5.5D1 temperature sensor features high infrared responsivity, excellent repeatability, and high reliability. It is housed in a TO-39 metal can package. Inside the package, it integrates a MEMS thermopile sensor chip and a dedicated signal conditioning ASIC. The ASIC incorporates a 24-bit Sigma-Delta high-precision ADC, a low-noise instrumentation amplifier PGA, and interface circuits, along with a built-in high-precision thermistor chip for ambient temperature compensation.
