1. Agreement Introduction
Welcome to the official website, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively referred to as the "Slkormicro Platform") operated by Shenzhen Slkormicro Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Slkormicro", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Slkormicro concerning your access to and use of the Slkormicro Platform. Please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement before using the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any function of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and the Slkormicro Privacy Policy.
2. Services and Scope of Application
2.1 Nature of Services: The Slkormicro Platform is intended to provide the public with basic information about the company and its products, product specifications, technical documentation, news, contact information, and similar content for reference and communication purposes only. Slkormicro does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the materials and content on the website, assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in such materials, and reserves the right to modify the website content at any time without notice.
2.2 Non-Commercial Commitment: The content on the Platform (including text, images, parameters, models, drawings, file downloads, etc.) constitutes general information only and does not constitute any form of offer, warranty, or contractual commitment. If you wish to make a purchase or establish a partnership, you must enter into a separate written contract through our official channels.
2.3 Usage Rules: When using the Platform, you shall not engage in any of the following conduct:
Accessing or attacking the website's servers, data, or systems by any unlawful means;
Unauthorized scraping, copying, distributing, or modifying of website content;
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform;
Posting false, defamatory, abusive, illegal, or any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legitimate rights of others;
Using Platform content for commercial purposes or resale without authorization;
Impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting your relationship with Slkormicro or any third party, or otherwise acting in violation of laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.
You agree that in purchasing, selling, or using Slkormicro products, you shall not export, re-export, transfer, purchase, or sell any related product for the purpose of: (1) end use; (2) use by end users; (3) the design, development, manufacture, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological or technology, as well as terrorist acts, or other inhuman or socially harmful purposes.
Unless Slkormicro expressly indicates that a product complies with specific industry standards (e.g., TS 16949, ISO 26262, Q100, aerospace grade, etc.), Slkormicro assumes no liability for the product's failure to meet such standards. You represent that you possess the relevant expertise to select products, assume associated risks, and comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
If you violate the above rules, Slkormicro reserves the right to take measures including, but not limited to, blocking access and pursuing legal liability.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership: All content displayed on the Slkormicro Platform (including text, images, icons, drawings, charts, technical documentation, product manuals, web designs, logos, trademarks, etc.) is owned by Slkormicro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other applicable laws.
3.2 Use Restrictions: Without the prior written permission of Slkormicro, no individual or entity may copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, mirror, or use such content for commercial purposes by any means. If reasonable citation or reprinting is necessary, you must obtain prior written permission and indicate the source as: "Source: Slkormicro Platform", and you may not modify the integrity of the content.
3.3 You shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Slkormicro or any third party. If any content you provide (e.g., consultation messages, feedback, etc.) infringes upon the rights of others, you shall bear all liability arising therefrom, and Slkormicro has the right to delete such content and suspend your account.
3.4 Third-Party Content: Any reference to third-party trademarks, brands, or materials on the Platform is for identification or technical explanation purposes only and does not imply any authorization or partnership between Slkormicro and such third party.
4. Disclaimer
4.1 Information Accuracy: Slkormicro will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform content is accurate and reliable, but does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, suitability, or error‑free nature of any information. You must independently assess and verify the information based on your own needs. Slkormicro shall not be liable for any decision‑making errors or losses resulting from reliance on Platform information.
4.2 System Security and Availability: Slkormicro shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the website or data loss caused by network conditions, device failures, maintenance or upgrades, force majeure, third parties, or other reasons, but will use reasonable efforts to minimize impact and restore services promptly.
4.3 Linked Websites: The Platform may contain links to other websites for your convenience in accessing information. Slkormicro is not responsible for the content, security, or legality of any third‑party websites, and you access such websites at your own risk.
4.4 Assumption of Risk: Your use of the Platform and its content is at your sole risk. Except as expressly provided by law, Slkormicro shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Slkormicro’s cumulative liability (if any) shall not exceed your direct and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the use of the Platform services. If you breach this Agreement and cause losses to Slkormicro (including but not limited to compensation, litigation costs, attorney fees, etc.), you shall fully indemnify Slkormicro for all direct and indirect losses.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Slkormicro, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, will use and protect your personal information provided through the Platform’s forms, emails, or consultation messages in a reasonable and good faith manner. Such information will be primarily used for business communication and service contact. We reserve the right to use such information for reasonable purposes such as Platform operation and business development, and will not disclose your information beyond reasonable bounds. You agree that Slkormicro may collect your usage behavior information through cookies and similar technologies to optimize the Platform experience. You may manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may affect certain functions.
You represent that if you provide personal information of any third party, you have obtained the necessary legal authorization from such third party. Any disputes arising therefrom shall be solely borne by you and are unrelated to Slkormicro.
6. Platform Modification and Termination
Slkormicro reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or close the Platform at any time. Users will be notified 3 days in advance through platform announcements. Updated content becomes effective on the date of publication.
If you violate this Agreement, Slkormicro has the right to take measures including warnings, function restrictions, account suspension, or access blocking. In serious cases, this Agreement may be terminated and legal liability pursued.
If the Slkormicro Platform ceases operations, a notice will be posted on the Platform 30 days in advance. With your consent, Slkormicro will subsequently delete or anonymize your personal information.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court having jurisdiction at the place where Slkormicro is registered. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the terms.
8.2 This Agreement and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire terms of use for the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the latest published version shall prevail.
8.3 Your continued access to this website constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement.
