RCLAMP0524P Hall Effect Sensor DFN2510-10L
RCLAMP0524P is a 4-channel ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diode, specially designed for high-speed serial interface circuits that are sensitive to signal integrity. The device features ultra-low junction capacitance to minimize signal distortion for high-speed data transmission. It provides robust ESD surge protection complying with IEC 61000-4-2 standard. This chip adopts DFN2510 compact package form to save PCB layout space. When transient electrostatic surge occurs on I/O lines, the internal diode array will rapidly clamp excessive transient voltage to a safe level to shield backend circuits from damage. The component supports ±15 kV contact discharge and ±20 kV air-gap ESD protection. It is well-suited for USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, eSATA and other high-speed serial interface scenarios.
