The core advantage of this device lies in its precise protection and signal compatibility in high-frequency scenarios: adopting thick-film technology and bidirectional protection design, it has a junction capacitance (Cp) of only 0.15pF (typical value), which has negligible impact on signal transmission at 1MHz, perfectly adapting to high-frequency applications such as 3.4GHz (e.g., HDMI 1.3 interface); the insertion loss is extremely low, only -0.25dB at 3.4GHz, ensuring the integrity of high-speed data transmission.
