Description:

The SL214X is used to replace relays in many applications. It uses GaAlAs LEDs to emit light to drive the control and integrated monolithic die switch outputs. Die dielectric isolation technology manufactured with high voltage consists of a photodiode array, a switching control circuit and an optical MOSFET switch coupling.
