Slkor’s bi-directional ESD diode SLPESDNC2FD5VBS delivers exactly that: 15 pF typical junction capacitance, 10 V low clamping voltage, 5 V reverse working voltage (VRWM) and 5.6 V minimum reverse-breakdown voltage (VBR min) combine to give 5 V general-purpose digital ports a solid yet economical safeguard. Mission-critical, the diode shunts ±25 kV contact/air discharge and 5 A, 8/20 µs surges to ground before they reach sensitive I/Os, acting as the last line of [敏感词] between smartphones, set-top boxes, wearables and the harsh outside world. Place SLPESDNC2FD5VBS ≤ 5 mm from the connector. Stitch the exposed pad directly to a solid ground plane—avoid long shared return paths. For differential pairs, verify that 15 pF does not impair signal integrity.
