As a protection device designed for high-frequency, high-reliability scenarios, the SLESDSLC5V0E achieves precise breakthroughs in electrical performance: its reverse working voltage (VRWM) reaches 5.0V, compatible with mainstream low-voltage circuits; the minimum reverse breakdown voltage (VBR) is 6.0V, ensuring no interference with signal transmission during normal operation; the forward clamping voltage (VC) is only 9V under 1A pulse and 16V under 5A pulse, which can quickly limit transient overvoltage to a safe range and protect sensitive chips at the backend. Its core advantage lies in the ultra-low junction capacitance (CJ) of 0.3pF — this parameter means almost no interference in high-frequency signal transmission, and when combined with a reverse leakage current (IR) of 0.2μA, it perfectly balances high-frequency compatibility and low power consumption requirements.
In terms of protection capability, the device complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard, with air discharge up to ±25kV and contact discharge up to ±20kV. It can withstand a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20μs) with a peak pulse power of 80W, and its response speed reaches the nanosecond level, capable of instantly suppressing electrostatic and surge interference. The adopted SOT-23 package (dimensions 2.8-3.0mm × 1.2-1.4mm × 0.9-1.15mm) supports lead-free reflow soldering processes (peak temperature 260℃), meets RoHS compliance and UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and has a Moisture Sensitivity Level of 3. It is suitable for high-density PCB layouts, especially for space-constrained automotive electronic modules.
