As a transient voltage suppressor designed for parasitic-sensitive systems, the SLESD5411N achieves precise balance in core performance: the reverse working voltage (VRWM) reaches 7.0V, suitable for medium and low-voltage circuits; the minimum reverse breakdown voltage (VBR) is 7.5V, ensuring no interference with signal transmission during normal operation; the forward clamping voltage (VC) is only 12V under 1A pulse and 19V under 8A pulse, which can quickly limit transient overvoltage to a safe range and protect backend chips. Its 15pF junction capacitance (CJ) and 0.2μA reverse leakage current (IR) perfectly balance high-frequency signal compatibility and low power consumption requirements, maintaining signal integrity even in high-speed data links.
In terms of protection capability, the device complies with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 certification, with both air discharge and contact discharge reaching ±25kV. It can withstand a peak pulse current of 8A (8/20μs) with a peak pulse power of up to 150W, and combined with a response speed of <1ns, it can instantly suppress electrostatic and surge interference. The adopted DFN1006 package (dimensions 0.55-0.65mm × 0.95-1.05mm) saves 40% space compared to the traditional MLV (0402) package, supports lead-free reflow soldering (260℃/10s), complies with RoHS and UL 94V-0 flame retardant standards, and is suitable for high-density layout scenarios such as notebook computers and servers.
