SLKOR has launched new IGBT model

SL40T120FL Data Sheet


TheSLKOR SL40T120FL has a power dissipation (Pd) of up to 417W, a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (Vces) of 1.2kV, a collector current (Ic) of 40A, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage (VCE(sat)@Ic,Vge) of 1.8V. It features high performance, reliability, and low cost, making it highly competitive in the market! IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a voltage-driven power device that combines the advantages of MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) with BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor), offering high input impedance, low control power, easy gate drive, simple control, and high switching frequency from MOSFET, as well as the benefits of low conduction voltage, high on-state current, and low losses from the bipolar transistor.

Qualifications and invention patents of SLKOR


SLKOR Micro (www.slkormicro.com) also introduces the CMOS operational amplifier SLA333, which is a single-supply, zero-drift amplifier with low offset voltage drift over temperature and time variations, low power consumption, and rail-to-rail input/output capability. The SLA333 utilizes auto-calibration technology to achieve a low offset voltage (2μV typical), providing high input impedance (common-mode range exceeding the supply rail voltage by 100mV). It can operate with a single supply ranging from 1.8V (±0.9V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V), or dual supplies. The SLA333 also boasts excellent CMRR performance, enabling outstanding performance in applications such as driving analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The SLA333 series offers three package options for customers to choose from: SOT-23-5, SC70-5, and SOIC-8.
