SMBJ7.5CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Slkor’s SMBJ series, packaged in standard SMB (DO-214AA) surface-mount molded plastic housing. Built with glass passivated die technology, this bidirectional TVS provides all-round protection against both positive and negative transient overvoltage caused by ESD, lightning surges and electrical fast transients. It features a high 600W peak pulse power rating, outstanding clamping performance and ultra-fast response time. Covering a wide voltage range from 5V to 170V with both unidirectional and bidirectional variants, SMBJ7.5CA is specially optimized for circuits with a 7.5V continuous operating voltage, widely adopted in consumer electronics, industrial control, communication equipment and automotive electronics.
