ESDA14V2L -- SOT-23 packaged TVS diode array with excellent transient overvoltage protection performance, suitable for various sensitive electronic devices.
Slkor announces the launch of the ESDA14V2L series TVS diode arrays, which are designed for application scenarios requiring transient overvoltage protection capabilities. Adopting the SOT-23 package, they can provide reliable protection for numerous voltage and ESD sensitive equipment, and will demonstrate excellent protection performance in fields such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment.
A major highlight of the ESDA14V2L series TVS diode arrays is their compact design, making them ideal for situations where board space is at a premium. The SOT-23 package not only makes the product small and lightweight, but also uses halogen-free materials to meet current environmental protection requirements. Its tape and reel packaging (3,000 pieces per reel) further facilitates automated assembly in mass production.
In terms of performance, this series of diodes performs excellently. It has successfully passed stringent international standard tests: in the IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) test, the air discharge can reach ±15kV, and the contact discharge can reach ±8kV; in the IEC61000-4-4 (EFT) test, it can withstand 40A (5/50ηs) electrical fast transients. Moreover, its peak pulse power reaches 350 watts (tp=8/20us), which can effectively cope with overvoltages caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events (CDE), and electrical fast transients (EFT), and effectively protect sensitive components connected to power, data, and transmission lines.
This series of diodes also has many practical features. It can protect one bidirectional line or two unidirectional lines, with low clamping voltage, a working voltage of 12V, and small leakage current. These features ensure that while providing effective protection, it minimizes the impact on the normal operation of the protected circuit.
In terms of mechanical performance, the ESDA14V2L series is also reliable. Its SOT-23 package has a flammability rating of UL 94V-0 and can withstand high-temperature soldering at 260℃/10s. The operating temperature and storage temperature range from -55℃ to +150℃, enabling it to adapt to various complex environments. The 7-inch reel size and MSL 1 humidity sensitivity level further meet the needs of different production environments.
The ESDA14V2L series has a very wide range of applications, including cell phone handsets and accessories, microprocessor-based equipment, personal digital assistants (PDA’s), notebooks, desktops and servers, portable instrumentation, networking and telecom equipment, serial and parallel ports, and peripherals.
