The SLESD5341N is an ESD protection device designed by Slkor for high-reliability scenarios, utilizing advanced technology to achieve efficient electrostatic protection. Its core parameters are impressive: the reverse working voltage (VRWM) reaches 5.0V, and the typical reverse breakdown voltage (VBR) is 7.5V, enabling rapid response to overvoltage surges while ensuring normal circuit operation; the forward clamping voltage (VC) is only 10V (under 1A pulse), which can effectively limit transient voltage and protect sensitive circuits at the backend. In addition, the 10pF junction capacitance (CJ) and 0.1μA reverse leakage current (IR) give it both low interference and low power consumption advantages in high-frequency signal transmission, making it perfectly suitable for high-speed data link scenarios.
In terms of protection performance, the device complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 standard, with contact discharge up to ±25kV and air discharge up to ±30kV. The peak pulse current (8/20μs) per line reaches a maximum of 5A, combined with a response time of <1ns, which can instantly suppress electrostatic interference. It adopts the DFN1006 package (dimensions 1.00×0.60×0.45mm), which saves more space compared to the traditional MLV (0402) package. It also supports lead-free soldering processes (peak temperature of 260°C) and meets MSL 1 and ROHS compliance requirements, adapting to automated mass production processes.

Application fields cover various electronic devices: serial and parallel ports, notebook computers, servers, projection TVs, mobile phones and accessories, portable instruments. It performs particularly well in high-speed Ethernet and Digital Visual Interface (DVI), providing stable protection for data-intensive transmission.
