It features a low reverse leakage current of 10μA and a clamping voltage (V_C) of 40V, ensuring efficient protection against high-voltage surges. The device’s ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.05pF is ideal for maintaining signal integrity in high-speed and high-frequency applications.
