Regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, further prolonging the batterylife.The SL9013 Series alsoworks with ow-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of board space necessaryfor power applications,critical in hand held wireless devices.The SL9013 Series consumesless than 1μAin shutdown mode and has fast tum-ontimeless than 50s.The other features include utra low dropout voltage,high output accuracy, current limiting protection, and high ripple rejection ratio.
