Slkor FR107 Fast Recovery Diode: Optimal SMD Solution for 1A/1kV High-Frequency and High-Voltage Rectification

In the hardware design of switching power supplies, LED drivers, industrial control modules, inverters and adapters, high-frequency and high-voltage rectification as well as freewheeling circuits for inductive loads impose strict requirements on diode switching speed and reverse withstand voltage. Conventional power-frequency rectifier diodes suffer from slow reverse recovery speed, large power loss and severe heat generation under high-frequency operating conditions. The Slkor FR107 is a fast recovery diode packaged in SOD-123FL. It combines 1000V high reverse blocking voltage, 1A continuous current and 500ns fast reverse recovery characteristics, serving as a cost-effective SMD solution for medium and low-power high-frequency and high-voltage rectification scenarios.




Featuring a reverse recovery time of 500ns, the FR107 delivers a significantly faster turn-off speed than power-frequency rectifier diodes such as the 1N4007. It effectively reduces reverse recovery loss under high-frequency operation, lowers device heat generation, and improves the overall conversion efficiency of power supplies, making it ideal for rectification and PWM freewheeling circuits of tens-of-kilohertz switching power supplies.
