BAS40-04 Epitaxial Silicon Transistor SOT-23

The BAS40-04 is an epitaxial silicon transistor designed for high-speed switching applications in compact electronic circuits. Enclosed in a SOT-23 package, this transistor offers efficient performance with a reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 40V and a maximum forward current (Io) of 200mA. Its low forward voltage (Vf) of 1V at 40mA ensures minimal power loss during operation.
