Description

The 1N5817WS is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode developed by Slkor, adopting mature metal-semiconductor barrier manufacturing technology. Designed for low-voltage, low-power small electronic systems with 20V reverse voltage rating and 1A average rectified current, it serves as an ideal core component for rectification, freewheeling and anti-reverse polarity protection circuits.
Different from traditional PN junction diodes, this Schottky diode relies on majority carrier conduction to eliminate charge storage effect, delivering instantaneous on-off switching without extra high-frequency loss and electromagnetic interference.
