Description

The SLPESD0603-07 is housed in a SATA package, offering excellent space efficiency and ease of integration into various electronic designs. It features an ultra-low reverse leakage current of 10nA, ensuring minimal power consumption during normal operation while providing robust protection during ESD events. With a clamping voltage of 40V, this diode effectively suppresses transient voltages, safeguarding sensitive components without compromising signal integrity. The ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.05pF minimizes signal distortion, making it suitable for high-speed data lines and RF applications.

Features
● Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors(see equivalent circuit).

● The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow positive biasing of the input.They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.

● Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making device design easy.
