NPN Darlington Power Transistor
Description
The ULN2001X is a monolithic high-voltagehigh-current Darlington transistor aray integrated circuit. lt consists of three groups of NPN Darlington pairs, with its high-voltage outputcharacteristics and cathode clamping diodesenabling the switching of inductive loads. The collector current for each Darlington pair is250mA. Parallel connection of Darington pairsallows for handling larger currents. This circuit is primarily used in relay drivers, hammer drivers.lamp drivers, display drivers (LED gas discharge),line drivers, and logic drivers
