The AMS1117-3.3 is a series low-dropout linear regulator with fixed 3.3V output, capable of delivering up to 1A output current. It integrates on-chip precision trimming for ±2% output accuracy and built-in thermal limiting protection, available in SOT-223, TO-252 and SOT-89 packages for diverse circuit design scenarios.
Description
The AMS1117-3.3 is a series low-dropout linear regulator with fixed 3.3V output, capable of delivering up to 1A output current. It integrates on-chip precision trimming for ±2% output accuracy and built-in thermal limiting protection, available in SOT-223, TO-252 and SOT-89 packages for diverse circuit design scenarios.
