Chinese humanoid robots make up 97% of global shipments. Agiboo overtakes Unitree and ranks first worldwide.

  1. Data from DRAMeXchange shows memory chip prices hit a record high in July. DRAM prices rose 14% month-on-month, while NAND prices have increased for 19 consecutive months.
  2. Japan’s Toshiba continues to divest its shares in Kioxia, the NAND Flash manufacturer, with its shareholding dropping to 14%.
  3. South Korean media reports that Samsung Electronics has achieved a mass production yield of over 80% for HBM4 in early August, around four months ahead of its original year-end target.

  1. New Hengxin Electronics plans to invest CNY 130 million in the “Expansion Project for Etched Lead Frame Production Workshop and Capacity Expansion of IoT eSIM Chip Packaging & Testing”.
  2. According to the SAG report, global shipments of humanoid robots reached 19,100 units in the first half of 2026. Chinese manufacturers accounted for more than 97% of the total. Agiboo shipped 8,400 units, surpassing Unitree to claim the top ranking.
