Description
2SC2881 is an NPN high‑voltage silicon transistor in a small flat SOT‑89 package. It features high voltage, high transition frequency, and excellent DC current gain. It is complementary to 2SA1201 and widely used in high‑voltage amplification, signal driving, and switching circuits.
