Description
SL2464-3 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall-effect switch designed with bipolar semiconductor technology. It integrates voltage regulator, Hall generator, differential amplifier, temperature compensation, and open-collector output circuit. It converts magnetic field intensity into digital voltage signal, supporting both N-pole and S-pole actuation. It comes in SOT-23-3L surface-mount package, ideal for industrial and automotive environments requiring wide voltage and high reliability.
