With an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, it ensures minimal power dissipation during normal operation. Capable of handling peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 19.4A and transient power dissipation (Ppp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses, this diode offers robust protection for a variety of electronic applications.
