Description

The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is an essential component designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. Featuring a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 48V, this diode effectively clamps transient voltages that exceed its breakdown voltage (V_BR), which ranges from 53.3V (minimum) to 58.9V (maximum). With an ultra-low reverse leakage current (I_r) of 1μA, it ensures minimal power dissipation during normal operation. Capable of handling peak pulse currents (I_pp) of up to 19.4A and transient power dissipation (P_pp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses, this diode offers robust protection for a variety of electronic applications.
