Description

The Polar Unidirectional TVS Diode is a specialized electronic component designed to protect sensitive circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in one direction. Featuring a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 30V, this diode is optimized for unidirectional transient voltage suppression applications. It operates within a V_BR (Breakdown Voltage) range from 33.3V (minimum) to 36.8V (maximum), effectively clamping voltages that exceed these thresholds in the specified direction. With an ultra-low I_r (Reverse Leakage Current) of 1μA, it ensures minimal standby power consumption while offering robust protection. The diode can handle peak pulse currents (I_pp) of up to 4.1A for 10/1000μs pulses, and features a low V_C (Clamping Voltage) of 48.4V. It boasts a P_pp (Peak Pulse Power) rating of 200W for 10/1000μs pulses, effectively dissipating transient power to safeguard connected electronics.
