SMCJ28A Transient Protection Diode SMC

The Polar BiDirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is a state-of-the-art semiconductor device engineered to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both forward and reverse directions. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 28V, this diode offers robust protection within its operational voltage range. It features bidirectional VBR (Breakdown Voltage) specifications, with a minimum clamping voltage of 31.1V and a maximum of 34.4V, ensuring efficient suppression of voltage spikes to safeguard connected components. The diode maintains an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and high efficiency during normal operation. It is capable of handling peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 33.1A and transient power dissipation (Ppp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses. The clamping voltage (VC) is set at 45.4V, providing reliable voltage clamping during transient events to protect downstream electronics.

Our advantages

Chinese manufacturing processes have undergone years of iteration, resulting in mature and reliable technologies. Many international corporations opt for production outsourcing in China. As an electronic components manufacturer in China, our products can fully replace those of major international brands in 99% of applications without the need for testing verification. Our products boast high consistency in quality, reasonable pricing, ample inventory, flexible supply, short lead times, and professional after-sales service.
