P4SMFT36CA is a bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) belonging to the P4SMFT series with a rated 400W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. It adopts compact SOD-123FL (SMF) low-profile molded plastic packaging. This bidirectional TVS is designed to absorb both positive and negative transient voltage spikes caused by ESD, lightning surges and power switching noise. P4SMFT36CA is a bidirectional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) belonging to the P4SMFT series with a rated 400W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. It adopts compact SOD-123FL (SMF) low-profile molded plastic packaging. This bidirectional TVS is designed to absorb both positive and negative transient voltage spikes caused by ESD, lightning surges and power switching noise. It rapidly clamps overvoltage to a safe threshold to protect sensitive ICs, signal lines and power circuits of various electronic devices.
