USBLC6-2SC6 is a monolithic two-channel ESD protection diode array developed by Slkor, housed in compact SOT23-6L surface-mount plastic package. This dedicated protection device is customized for high-speed differential interfaces including USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet and video signal lines. With ultra-low line capacitance design, it effectively maintains high-speed signal integrity while providing robust ESD shielding for sensitive IC chips against severe electrostatic pulses defined by IEC industrial standards. Built with integrated TVS equivalent diode structure, it is a standard EMC protection solution for notebook computers, portable electronics and communication equipment.

USBLC6-2SC6 is a monolithic two-channel ESD protection diode array developed by Slkor, housed in compact SOT23-6L surface-mount plastic package.
