SD12CD is a single-channel bidirectional surge protection diode developed by Slkor, packaged in compact SOD-323 surface-mount plastic housing. This device is designed to protect voltage and ESD-sensitive electronic equipment from transient overvoltage damage caused by electrostatic discharge and lightning surges. Its ultra-miniature SOD-323 outline greatly saves limited PCB layout space, making it the ideal EMC protection solution for computers, printers, communication devices, medical instruments and other compact electronic products. With low junction capacitance, nanosecond ultra-fast response and nanoampere leakage current, it delivers stable bidirectional overvoltage suppression performance for 12V signal circuits.
