Description
SL1633FU is a high-sensitivity, low-power, latched Hall effect switch with internal temperature compensation and clock logic circuit to ensure stable operating points and switching frequency. It operates from 1.8V to 5.5V and adopts the SOT‑23‑3L package. The device latches the output state when magnetic field strength exceeds operating point and holds until release point is reached, ideal for position detection and motor commutation.
