Description
MMBT2907AT is a PNP general-purpose silicon transistor housed in a miniature SOT‑523 surface‑mount package. It features high voltage, medium current drive, low saturation voltage, and fast switching speed. It is designed for general‑purpose signal amplification, switching, and control in compact electronic equipment, and is fully complementary to MMBT2222AT.
