With the spring breeze and the morning sun, all employees of Kinghelm and Slkor set off on a spring trip to Maluan Mountain on March 28. This trip was not only a team-building activity to get close to nature and relax, but also a vivid practice of living out the company culture and strengthening team spirit. Amid the mountains and waters, every employee deeply experienced the core values of "integrity, diligence, resilience, and attention to detail," and felt the warmth and mutual help among colleagues, like one big family.  

In the early morning, we gathered at the north gate of Maluan Mountain Park. Colleagues were chatting and laughing, with smiles of anticipation on their faces. We shared breakfast, talked about our expectations for the trip, and walked forward together. The mountain path was winding. Not long after we started, we saw a waterfall pouring down in front of us. From a distance, it cascaded with a thunderous roar, majestic and breathtaking. Standing before it, we felt relaxed and open-hearted. Everyone was deeply impressed by the magnificent beauty of nature.  

Then we arrived at the former site of the Gengzi Uprising. Everyone took photos to mark the visit, sharing what we had seen and heard along the way. All employees lined up neatly in front of the Luo Ancestral Hall for a group photo. The camera captured not only our smiles but also the cohesion of the Kinghelm and Slkor team — a vivid portrayal of our corporate spirit: "One family, one heart, working together."  

After that, we continued to the next spot. Along the way, we climbed over hills and crossed mountains. The weather wasn't very cooperative — a light rain began to fall, and mist spread through the forest, making us feel like we were in a fairyland. The stone paths became slippery, and the road ahead was hidden in the fog. Colleagues had to support each other as we moved forward.  

After several hours of trekking, we finally crossed Maluan Mountain, fully embodying the company's spirit of "perseverance and rising to challenges." On the way down, we encountered another waterfall. By then, the rain had gradually stopped. Seeing the waterfall again, my feelings were somewhat different — less of the initial shock, and more of a sense of relief after the storm, and even more, an unspoken understanding and mutual appreciation born from fighting side by side. This appreciation came from the mutual help among colleagues, the strength of the team, and the nourishment of our company culture.  

This hiking activity gave me a deeper understanding of our corporate culture. Hiking is like work — there will be steep slopes and storms, just as we encounter difficulties and challenges on the job. But as long as we hold onto our "integrity" — staying true to our principles and keeping our feet on the ground — our "diligence" — striving for excellence and constant improvement — our "resilience" — facing difficulties head-on and never giving up — and our "attention to detail" — being meticulous and precise — there is no challenge we cannot overcome, no peak we cannot reach. It is precisely because all employees consistently live out this corporate culture and belief that, under the leadership of General Manager Song Shiqiang, our company has been able to overcome one obstacle after another and grow stronger. In the future, we will bring the mutual support and resilient spirit from the hiking trail into every detail of our daily work. We will move forward side by side, with one heart, with greater enthusiasm and firmer belief, contributing to the company's development and heading together toward a bright future.
