5.0SMDJ33A is a unidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor belonging to the 5.0SMDJ series. It delivers 5000W peak pulse power under standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Equipped with low-profile SMC (DO-214AB) low-inductance packaging, this TVS absorbs unidirectional voltage spikes and surge currents induced by transmission lines, protecting sensitive chips and electronic equipment from lightning surges, electrostatic discharge and switching transients. It features ultra-fast response and ultra-low leakage current to maintain stable circuit operation under normal working voltage.
