5.0SMDJ58CA is a bidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor belonging to the 5.0SMDJ series. It is rated for 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Adopting low-profile, low-inductance SMC (DO-214AB) packaging, this bidirectional TVS can absorb both positive and negative transient voltage surges induced by transmission cables. It is rated for 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform.
