5.0SMDJ58A is a unidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor from the 5.0SMDJ series. It provides 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Equipped with low-profile, low-inductance SMC (DO-214AB) packaging, this unidirectional TVS absorbs single-polarity transient voltage spikes and surge currents generated by transmission lines. It effectively protects sensitive chips and electronic equipment from lightning surges, electrostatic discharge and switching voltage transients, featuring ultra-fast response speed and ultra-low leakage current to guarantee stable circuit operation under normal working voltage.

5.0SMDJ58A is a unidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor from the 5.0SMDJ series. It provides 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform.
