5.0SMDJ64CA is a bidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor in the 5.0SMDJ series. It provides 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Equipped with SMC (DO-214AB) low-profile low-inductance packaging, this bidirectional TVS absorbs both positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents generated from transmission lines. 5.0SMDJ64CA is a bidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor in the 5.0SMDJ series. It provides 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Equipped with SMC (DO-214AB) low-profile low-inductance packaging, this bidirectional TVS absorbs both positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents generated from transmission lines. It delivers full protection against ESD, lightning surges and switching transients for sensitive chips and circuits, featuring ultra-fast response and ultra-low leakage current to ensure stable circuit operation under rated working voltage.
