5.0SMDJ70CA is a bidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor belonging to the 5.0SMDJ series. It is rated at 5000W peak pulse power under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Adopting SMC (DO-214AB) low-profile, low-inductance packaging, this bidirectional TVS can absorb both positive and negative transient voltage surges generated from transmission lines. Adopting SMC (DO-214AB) low-profile, low-inductance packaging, this bidirectional TVS can absorb both positive and negative transient voltage surges generated from transmission lines.
