5.0SMDJ36CA is a bidirectional high-power surface-mount transient voltage suppressor belonging to the 5.0SMDJ series. It achieves a peak pulse power of 5000W under the standard 10/1000μs surge waveform. Equipped with SMC (DO-214AB) low-profile low-inductance packaging, this bidirectional TVS absorbs both positive and negative transient voltage spikes and surge currents generated from wiring lines.
