GBLC05C-SL is a single-line bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) developed by Slkor, manufactured with advanced monolithic silicon technology and packaged in lead-free SOD-323 SMD housing. Designed for 5V high-speed signal circuits, this ESD protection diode delivers ultra-fast response and low clamping voltage to shield voltage-sensitive high-speed interfaces against ESD, lightning surge and electrical fast transient interference. It features ultra-low typical junction capacitance of 0.6pF and reaches ±30kV air & contact ESD protection level compliant with IEC 61000-4-2. The miniature lead-free package makes it a perfect protection solution for mobile phones, wireless modules and gigabit communication equipment.
