GBLC12CB is a single-line bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) manufactured by Slkor, adopting advanced monolithic silicon process and compact lead-free SOD-323 surface-mount package. Designed for 12V high-speed signal circuits, this bidirectional ESD diode provides ultra-fast response and low clamping voltage to protect voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines against ESD, EFT and lightning surge interference. It features ultra-low junction capacitance and superior anti-static performance up to ±30kV contact & air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 standard, widely applied in smartphones, wireless modules and gigabit communication equipment.
