GBLC03C-SL is a 3.3V bidirectional low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) developed by Slkor, manufactured with advanced monolithic silicon technology and packaged in lead-free SOD-323 surface-mount housing. It features ultra-fast response speed and low clamping voltage to protect voltage-sensitive high-speed differential data lines from ESD, lightning surge and electrical fast transient (EFT) damage. With typical ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.6pF and ±30kV air & contact ESD protection complying with IEC 61000-4-2, this miniature component serves as an optimal surge protection solution for smartphones, wireless modules and gigabit communication devices.
